Andrew Kuo is an artist who lives and works in New York City. He graduated with
a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Rhode Island School of Design in 1999 and had his
first solo exhibition in New York in 2001. Since then Kuo has had several other
solo and group exhibitions both in the U.S and abroad. His obsessive charts
analyzing musical events have been featured in the New York Times’ music
section. Kuo’s diagrams represent his own sets of quirky data in various
arrangements of color and pattern. The paintings featured in this show are on loan
from his solo show I’m Dyin’ Over Here! exhibited at Taxter and Spengemann
Gallery at 123 E. 12th Street, Manhattan, NY.
